One-on-one Personal Training packages
(1 Hour Sessions)
1 session one-on-one......................................$ 50.00

Two Person training packages
(*must have similar goals/ needs*)
1 session (1.25 hrs)...........................................$37.50 per person = $75.00/two persons
5 sessions (1.25 hrs).........................................$175 per person = $350/two persons
10 sessions (1.25 hrs).......................................$325 per person = $650/two persons

Pre-appointment Guidelines
Your trainer will call you prior to your first appointment to arrange a meeting time. The initial consultation may be scheduled before your first workout, or it may be part of your first session.
Before your first appointment:

Eat a light snack, such as fruit, yogurt or a bagel, and drink 1-3 glasses of water 1-2 hours before your scheduled appointment

Wear appropriate workout clothing such as shorts and a t-shirt as well as proper athletic footwear.
Required Forms Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q)
Regular physical activity is fun and healthy. However, some people should check with their doctor before they start becoming much more physically active.
If you are planning to become much more physically active than you are now, start by completing the PAR-Q form. This short questionnaire will tell you if you should check with your doctor before you start.

Introducing Our Trainers
Michelle Brezinski received honors in the Health and Fitness Kinesiology program at SFU. She is registered with BCRPA and has been a Personal trainer for several years. Her areas of interest involve working with special populations, sports specific goals and injury rehabilitation. As a former Competitive Body Builder and Long Distance Runner, she understands the need for commitment, motivation and safe and effective training strategies.
Philosophy
Michelle's philosophy is that "Results motivate, so trust that in time you will get the results that will motivate you to keep them."
Chris Davy obtained a Sports Science Diploma from Douglas College. He is registered and Certified through BCRPA as a Weight and Personal Trainer, as well as through the American Council on Exercise. He holds a Third Age Certificate (Exercise for Older Adults). His athletic accomplishments include completing marathons in Huntington Beach, Portland, Seattle and Victoria and trekking to the Mount Everest base camp in Nepal.
Philosophy
Chris has enjoyed working with a wide range of people in the health and fitness industry, and understands the diversity of each individual. By using a combination of functional training, multi-set systems, bilateral movements and active rest, workouts will energize and empower in and outside the gym. His guarantee is that you will leave the gym smiling and sweating

Tonya Allen has obtained Diplomas in Law Enforcement at Humber College, and in Leisure and Recreation at Centennial College in Toronto. She is BCRPA certified as a Weight and Personal Trainer. She has an extensive background in nutrition, body awareness, and physical fitness and continuously upgrades her skills and knowledge through conferences and workshops. Tonya avidly participates in gymnastics, martial arts and various recreational sports, all of which help with the stunt work she does in the movie industry.
Philosophy
Tonya’s philosophy is to enlighten not only those who seek a better quality of life through physical fitness, body awareness, and nutritional habits but for individuals interested in reaching their peak performance
Karen Everall started out as a group Fitness Instructor, then ventured off into the Weight and Personal Training profession. Continuously attaining more skills, she has obtained her Certificate of Health and Fitness from SFU. Kren has had the opportunity to travel to Thailand and study the doctrine of Hatha Yoga and is also a Stott trained Pilates instructor. She is continuously upgrading exercise techniques and information through attending Fitness Conferences and workshops.
Philosophy
Karen believes in an integrated approach to Health and Fitness through proper breathing techniques, movement of all types; stretching, strengthening, stabilizing, balancing and cardiovascular activity. Optimum health is dependant not only on a fit body but also a sound mind.
Sead Lukovic is a certified BCRPA Weight Training Instructor and Personal Trainer with over 5 years experience. He has obtained his Bachelor Degree in Physical Education from University of Sarajevo, which ranks amongst the largest Universities in the world. Sead has a number of specialties including sport specific training, fat loss and muscle toning and nutritional planning approaches, which come from an extensive background in athletics and education.
Philosophy
Sead's philosophy is to eat well, live a healthy and balanced lifestyle with the outcome of feeling great!
Hardeep Bassram graduated from Langara College with his Diploma in the Recreation Service Delivery Program. He is a registered BCRPA Weight and Personal Trainer.
His experience has given him the chance to work with clients of various age ranges and levels of fitness. It has created the opportunity to enlighten individuals who seek a better quality of life through physical fitness and nutritional habits, as well as those interested in reaching their peak performance.
Philosophy
His philosophy is to “develop a variety of skills from basic to advanced fitness assessment, and put together program creations in order to optimize health, wellness and to enhance quality of life.” Hardeep takes pride in adding energy, enthusiasm and knowledge into each individual’s lifestyle and work out program.
Deborah Ramsay is a registered BCRPA Weight Personal Trainer. Adding to her credentials, she is a Yoga, Bootcamp, Fitness Kickboxing and Third Age (55+) Instructor since 2004. As a former educator, Deborah is enthusiastic about teaching any age or skill level. Her focus entails utilizing the necessary tools to motivate and allow clients to reach their personal best, and make physical activity “a good fit” with their lifestyle.
Philosophy
Motivating clients to challenge themselves and strive to live a healthy lifestyle is Deborah’s business. Her goals are to help you move “out of the ordinary fitness routines” into effective, time-efficient and fun filled workouts that meet your fitness goals.
David Whitmey David is a CFSS personal trainer certified by the BCRPA fitness branch. He contines to study and train to stay up to date within the health and fitness industry. He continues to study and train to stay up to date in the health and fitness industry. David works with clients of all levels from beginners looking to start fitness training up to professional athletes seeking sport specific training. David is an active runner, swimmer and weight room enthusiast.
Philosophy David believes in a holistic approach to health, fitness and success - the perspective of the inherent connection between a healthy body, mind and spirit. He will help you find a fun, friendly and encouraging path to your personal best.
Chris Woeller Chris is a BCRPA Weight Training Instructor and Personal Trainer. Following a serious back injury, Chris was faced with the choice of lasting back pain aand limited mobility or a change in lifestyle. Now, 10 years later, after making some positive changes, Chris is pain free and 50 pounds lighter. He is an avid runner and cyclist.
Philosophy Chris believes that exercise shouldn't be a chore, but rather, it should be a fun and integrated part of our everyday lives. He serves as an excellent example of how someone can make positive lifestyle changes and which dramatically improve their quality of life.
