Indoor Cycling Classes
Burn calories, build muscle, relieve stress!
Indoor cycling is a group exercise performed on a specialized stationary bicycle.
It is fun, accessible and effective!

Cycle Express: 45 mins of riding, including a quick warm up and cool down; designed to get your workout in and to get you on your way
Cycle Fit: 60 mins of indoor riding, with a longer warm up- and cool down
This is a great opportunity to enjoy the motivation of a group environment with minimal impact on the joints. Improve your cardiovascular fitness and anaerobic capacity, lose inches and best of all, HAVE FUN!
Cost: Drop-in $6.50; 10 visit pass $50.00. (PAY FOR THE WHOLE SESSION TO SAVE YOUR SEAT!)
Reservation Procedure:
Call the Community Centre Front Desk at 604-257-6980 the day before your class to reserve a bike.
- Reservations will be taken between 10:00am and 6:00pm.
- Check in at the Front Desk to pay and collect your tag.
- For early morning classes enter and pay through the Fitness Centre.
- Classes are limited to 10 participants.
- No voicemail or e-mailed reservations are accepted.
- Participants can only register themselves and one other person per class.
- Waitlist spots will be released 5 mins before class start time.

Group Fitness Schedule
Get ready to unleash your inner energy at one of our group fitness classes. Group classes makes fitness fun and highly addictive. We offer a wide range of multi-level group exercises that let you work out at your own pace, while offering the support and motivation of a group of friends.
We offer up to 20 hours of aerobics programming a week, aimed towards toning your body and keeping you in shape!
