| Were on the Move..Again
This season will concentrate on a Triple Play of Mind, Body, and Soul. The program will consist of indoor and outdoor activities. The Mind will be targeted through Healthy Habit lessons that will develop healthy attitudes and behaviors regarding nutritional eating and physical fitness. The Body segment will be implemented using daily fitness/sport challenges, giving every age the chance to play longer and harder at different games and/or sports. The Soul component will be implemented to give an opportunity to strengthen and build a comprehensive social recreation program. Everyone will be able to develop positive relationships with others and acquire a healthy self-concept. No class March 10 - Spring Break

| Night Hoops is a co-ed, late night basketball program that provides youth an opportunity to play on a team in a league with other community centres across the city. Youth are trained, coached and supervised by coaches on Friday nights and play games on Saturday nights. There is no fee, no tryouts and no previous skill requirements. www.nighthoops.ca |
