| Achieve maximum efficiency and maintain flexibility, by joining this gentle stretch and strength chair fitness class. Format for workout includes a warm up to raise the body's temperature and prepare the muscles for the workout, 20 minutes of strength training with light weights and a cool down and stretch to bring the body back to a resting state. You will finish your workout with relaxation. Drop in $3. |

| A proven six week (2 hours per week) program developed by Stanford University to assist people with arthritis and fibromyalgia learn how to become effective self-managers. The program is facilitated by trained volunteer leaders and is designed to help participants learn techniques to take an active role in managing arthritis.
