Format for workout includes a warm up to raise body's temperature and prepare the muscles for the workout, 20 minutes of strength training with light weights and a cool down and a stretch to bring the body back to a resting state. You will finish your workout with relaxation. Drop in $2.50. No class Feb. 17 & 24th. |

| You are invited to attend a health forum on Osteoporosis on Friday, March 12th at 11:00am. The presentation will be given by second year pharmacy students from the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of British Columbia. This presentation will consist of information on what osteoporosis is, who is at risk and an overview of the medications that can be used to treat symptoms (both prescription and over-the-counter medications will be included).
