There are many systems of Qigong, coming from four main traditions: Buddhism, Daoism, martial arts, and medicine. Qigong involves regulating the breath, postures, simple movements, sound vibration, visualization, and meditation. It is known to reduce stress, improve health, and increase powers of concentration.
