Debbie is a professional instructor with over 20 years of experience as a school director, choreographer and movement educator will be teaching ballet for pre-schoolers and children here at the Kitsilano Community Centre. She is a highly trained educator who is a very encouraging and supportive teacher. |

Children must be able to participate on their own. An informal presentation will take place on the final day of classes where copious amounts of applause are mandatory!
Celeste Lyon is a dance artist who graduated from MainDance who has been teaching dance for over seven years at many local community centres. Currently, she teaches at the Roundhouse, Kitsilano, Thunderbird and the West End community centre. Her classes cover fundamental dance principles and body/spatial awareness techniques with the emphasis on fun and personal expression, creativity and self-empowerment. It is her joy and goal to see her students at move with ease, full expression and a smile on their face! |
