Pilates mat exercises are designed to safely and effectively condition the core muscles that act to stabilize the torso. These exercises target the muscles of the abdomen and pelvic floor as well as the muscles of the lower back, upper back and buttocks. Drop-in $13. |

Patricia is a registered kinesiologist with BCAK. Since completing her degree she has been working with clients in physical rehabilitation, and recreational or sports specific personal training. She has an extensive professional dance and Pilates background and has been teaching STOTT Pilates for several years.
