Research-based, Osteofit is taught by specially trained fitness instructors with the ongoing support from clinicians at BC Women's Osteoporosis Program. It is medically endorsed and provincially recognized with classes in more than 70 facilities throughout British Columbia. Drop-ins $12. No class Apr. 5th. SAVE!
