Low GI means a smaller rise in blood glucose levels after meals, can help people lose weight, can improve the body s sensitivity to insulin, can improve diabetes control, can keep you fuller for longer and can prolong physical endurance. This seminar focuses on making sense of carbs and the glycemic index for weight and blood sugar control that can help with moods, stress and sports performance.
